Buying or selling a house can be an emotional process, and it has always been difficult to capture the “soft side” of a house. A real estate broker adds what we call “hard data” to a house listing, things like: the number of rooms, square meters, the state of maintenance, location of the garden and of course the price.

We ask the owner and their friends to pinpoint interesting spots on an interactive map. Things like: where to get the best cup of coffee, how the kids will get to school or the best place to walk your dog.
These spots can be endorsed by friends and used as suggestions for owners in the same area.

What will you miss most when you leave? Share a nice memory, or a great experience you had with friends and family. Anything worth sharing with a potential buyer. An anecdote which we will publish as a review. Google will love this! 
A picture speaks a thousand words!
We ask the owner and their friends to add extra photos and videos. A little bit more of the surroundings, or maybe even a nice event that has taken place.
Every file can have a description, a story. It will show why this house is so great to live in.
Create a promotional video and share!
The owner can use our awesome video app to create a personal promotional video. Select scenes and press record, we’ll do the rest.
The videos can be published directly on Youtube, or shared on social media. This will boost even more shares and traffic!
